This document is the Privacy Policy for HazPrime Logistics (also operating under the trade name “HazPrime”). Please do not use our Services if you do not agree with this policy.

1. Data We Collect
We collect personal information you provide directly — when you request a quote, submit a driver or carrier application, opt in to text messages, or otherwise contact us. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Full name
- Telephone number, including mobile number
- Email address
- Postal / billing address
- Communication preferences, including SMS opt-in and opt-out records
- Information you include in a message or application (e.g. lane, commodity, hazmat class, timing)
We do not collect sensitive personal information. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your personal data.
Automatically collected information
Our servers automatically log certain technical data when you use our Services — such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, general location, and usage details (pages viewed, timestamps, feature use, and error/diagnostic data). This information helps us secure and operate the Services and supports our internal analysis and reporting. We also collect information through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2. Data Processing Methods
We process your personal information to:
- Provide and improve the Services you request, including quotes and freight coordination
- Provide customer and dispatch support and respond to inquiries
- Send administrative communications such as service, policy, or booking updates
- Manage orders, payments, and related transactions
- Send SMS messages where you have provided your phone number and consented
- Maintain the security and integrity of our Services and prevent fraud
- Analyze usage trends and measure and improve our marketing
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may share your information with third parties — such as vendors, consultants, and service providers — who perform services on our behalf and need access to do their work. Categories include cloud and web hosting, analytics, communication and collaboration tools, payment processing, sales and marketing tools, and account/authentication services.
Your information may also be disclosed in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger, financing, or acquisition), to our affiliates who agree to honor this notice, and to business partners in order to offer certain products, services, or promotions.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, as described in Section 4.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
This section applies to the HazPrime Logistics text messaging program and controls over any conflicting statement in this policy.
What we collect
When you opt in to receive text messages, we collect your mobile phone number, the date, time, and method of your consent, and a record of the messages we send you and any replies you send (including STOP and HELP requests).
How we use it
We use this information only to deliver the messages you signed up for — updates about pickups, deliveries, and support — and to honor your opt-out and keep records of your consent as required by law.
No sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS consent. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the SMS platform and wireless carriers that deliver the messages on our behalf, who may use it only to provide that service.
Opting out and getting help
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Section 13. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS terms in our Terms of Service.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to collect information. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect the functionality of certain features of our Services.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or legal reasons). When there is no continuing legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
7. Data Protection
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Transmission of personal data to and from our Services is at your own risk.
8. Minors’ Information
We do not target and do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or a parent/guardian consenting to a minor’s use. If we learn that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and remove the information. Contact us if you believe we may hold data from a minor.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Where you have provided consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also control cookies through your browser. For any questions about your rights, contact us using the details below.
10. Do-Not-Track
There is currently no uniform industry standard for recognizing Do-Not-Track signals, so we do not respond to them. If a standard is established that we are required to follow, we will update this notice.
11. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia), you may have rights to: confirm whether we process your personal data; access it; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain a copy of data you provided; and opt out of processing for targeted advertising, the “sale” of personal data, or certain profiling.
We do not “sell” your personal information for monetary consideration. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will verify your identity before responding and will act within the timeframes required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by contacting us; unresolved concerns may be escalated to your state Attorney General where permitted.

We may update this notice from time to time, indicated by a new “Last revised” date. Changes take effect once posted. For material changes, we may provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
